Materials Required

• Perfic Panels: 2-Six-Packs (only 9 sheets actually required)

• 3D Plastic Veneer Sheets as suggested below

• Bass Wood for Porch frame

• Glue: 3 tubes of Omni-Stick glue

• Plastic Wood Filler: 4 oz. tub

• Paint and Brushes: as required.

Suggested Plastic Veneer sheets

• Walls:  4 sheets of 6" Lap Siding

• Tower: 1 (part) sheet of New Brick or Lap Siding

• Chimey:  1 (part) sheet of Random or Coursed Stone

• Foundation: 1 (part) sheet of Coursed Stone or Concrete Block

• Deck: 1 (part) sheet of 10" Rough Planking or 6" Wood Floor

• Roofs:  3 sheet of Wood Shakes or Asphalt Shingles

• Details:  1 sheet of Colonial or Victorian windows and Doors
